The disc sander is far less useful as it's so small, but it's handy for smaller bits or for sanding right angles against the fence.

The fence mitre gauge is a flimsy piece of crap though, so bin that straight away. The only real issue with this is the dust. It will absolutely cover anything and everything in dust if you don't use dust extraction with it. The problem is that the dust port is big - like 3 inches big so it really needs to be hooked up to a stepped down 4 inch dust extraction setup, or a stepped up 2 inch shop vac setup.

I haven't hooked mine up to either yet, so I'm unsure how effective the dust extraction will be. I imagine that it will kick out a fair amount of dust regardless. Same with any sander of any size or price. The sanding disc is good, but the table and mitre guide are a little flimsy.
