I use a very long adjustable wrench "Crescent wrench" to turn it. Your is basically a DeWalt GA, just newer. There are some small differences over the years, but most of the DeWalt, Lancaster, and Original Saw Company 35xx saws are just later versions of the GA.
I'd suggest finding a GA manual, but the ones I've found are so basic that they are mostly useful for entertainment value. There are some table differences and some slight differences in the column base, but the alignment instructions in the Mr. Sawdust book are all basically correct for your saw. I bought a set of hex-key sockets that included the correct size. At the time I couldn't find a single wrench at a reasonable price, so I bought a "jumbo" combination wrench set from Harbor Freight, for not a whole lot more.
