Translate all reviews to English. Verified Purchase. I received my Triton router one day sooner then the expected delivery date which I thought was great. I purchased this router as I had read reviews saying how good the router was and it could be used in router table, I even purchased the kreg mounting plate made for this router. After reading the manual on this router I found it had a lot of bells and whistles that are not required for a table.

I removed the return spring for the plunge function as the manual indicated. I mounted the router on my new plate and installed in the table. I found when I tried to raise the router using the course adjust the lock kept sticking and some time the router would drop all the way triton router 5.0 to the end of the adjustment. I thought it was something I was doing as triton router 5.0 router was new and I was not familiar with the setup.

I attempted to use the fine above table adjust and found that the crank handle would not fully engage in the pin on the router, so when you tried to adjust the router up the handle would keep slipping.

I found that the router would not raise high enough to lock the collet, as it turned out there is the interlock for the power switch, when the router is selected to on, the router will not extend to the top of the travel to lock the collet.

Being frustrated with my new Triton router I checked a few youtube videos on the unboxing and installing the router in a table, after stripping a lot of the extra guards, locking screws for guides and travel stops off the router I returned the router to the table and got the router installed and traveling smoothly. I did have to make some adjustments on the fine adjust crank handle to get it to fit in the router correctly, now everything is working good except for my remote start.

I've installed it and used it a few times now. The built in above table height adjustment works wonderfully saving many dollars of having to buy a separate unit. Also, the protective plastic housing prevents debris from spreading throughout shop.
