My Favorite Band Saw Blade | Popular Woodworking Magazine

Woodslicer Bandsaw Blade Review , AM A miscalculation on a little project I'm working on gave me a good reason to break out the bandsaw blade I ordered before Christmas. I have a Ridgid 14" band-saw that is admittedly underpowered for re-sawing. The Wood Slicer bandsaw blades from Highland Woodworking are awesome. When I first purchased my “Rikon 14 deluxe bandsaw my local Woodcraft store said that the 1/2” blade that came with it was pretty good. I took their advice on that, and also purchased a 3/4” 3TPI Timber Wolf blade for resawing. Both seemed to work, but my results were so-so. The resaw blade is sharper, harder, stronger and thinner so you will get results you never thought a bandsaw could deliver with smoother, straighter, faster cuts than you've gotten from any other resawing blade. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Read woodworker's Wood Slicer Blade reviews posted in our Bandsaw Blade Review section.
