Great post! It inspired us to build our own bathroom vanity mirror! I noticed the link in your list of things needed is for iron grip which we ordered , but the image in your blog looks like something else. ANy advice with this?? I have a HUGE mirror that has been in my basement still in the moving crate since I moved here 23 years ago.

Rather than a plain old mirror, I now feel like our bedroom has a statement piece which totally transforms the look of the entire room. While this DIY project took a few days to complete, the overall process was pretty simple.

Using Liquid Nails glue I attached the wood frame directly to the mirror where it overlaps about 2 inches.
