It is so much easier to keep your eye on in-coming and circling birds from an A-Frame than it is from a layout blind. Lastly, and maybe most important, is comfort. Even if I do need to stand up to stretch, only my upper body is exposed, and I can quickly duck right back down into it without being seen.
