The instructions that came with the motor were not particularly helpful because they show how to install an older model of DVR motor. Not a deal-killer, though--most of the installation could be done using the instructions and some common sense.

Considering the time and money I've put into this majual to nnova it the way it is, I would have been better off just buying the upgraded lathe with the DVR motor and heavier legs to begin with.
