All the plastics are of poor quality, meaning brittle. Upon arrival the belt adjusting sxnder was loose allowing the internal plastic captive nut which controls the the belt slew to fall out. I put this back which was fiddly. The slew adjustment is very ddisc and sensitive.

Two problems and they were major, firstly the table was so tight that the disc wouldn't turns I had to grind 5 mm off it. Secondly the belt wouldn't run straight and was running off and grinding the main body of the machine, i managed to fix this but it's far from perfect. It's the second one of these sanders I've had and I know that the other one was very drapper, that's why I went for another.
