This is a nice little kit, but only good for carving, nothing for sculpting, and most of the stencils require a certain height on the pumpkin that is more on the tall, oblong side. I drew a stencil on my short fat pumpkin and the pattern I chose ended up not being that great for it. Also, I started carving right after I drew the stencil on with the kit-included pen and ended up getting the black ink all over my hands, so the ink is not fast-drying.

The cutting tools look a little flimsy I bought this set in preparation for next year's festivities so I haven't used it yet , but I love that the designs are stencils.
