So in the end, if you have a load of time and want good pulled pork give it a try. The kale salad was more like dressing with a few pieces of kale and was extremely bland.

The pit beans were mostly all pork with little flavor. The pork sandwich was inedible as a sandwich as the bun was soggy so opt for a plate. Wings were very tasty but wish I could have had them at least warm. So sadly, a very disappointing visit after enjoying their food truck.

Large whiskey variety. Locals and out of towners. Highly recommend! Woodshop BBQ was recommended to me by my next door neighbor who was from Texas, so already I knew this place would be excellent. In addition, the jalapeno mac and cheese and buffalo wings were unbelievably good! Even things that I wouldn't normally eat, like the Frito pie, was very good.

The selection of beers and bar were also very good. We also always enjoyed the music and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Because it was amazing and only two blocks from where I lived, my family ate there at least once a week.

After several visits I can certainly say this place is Fantastic. With a great whisky selection to put you in the right The brisket is certainly the anchor to their place and is does not disappoint. With a great peppery bark I had a hard time deciding if I like it better with or without sauce. The sauce is perfect smoky addition. With brisket topped fritos and excellent sausage and hot links this place is a must stop shop.
