I really do like this Kreg Trak Kit, and use it for all my crosscut sleds. It makes a great miter saw system as well. I sure wouldn't want to go back to the old fashioned way with a pencil and tape measure for every cut.

I only wish that the kit came with a solid 4' length of track that I could cut to fit. The 2' lengths work fine for miter saw stations, but a crosscut sled works better with a solid track for the entire width of the sled.
