Building one for teens who are just beginning and we are struggling to find a resource of where to PLACE the holds! Typically you would place a large starting hold below waist height such that you can sit on the floor with feet on smaller foot holds near the floor.

Then you would choose a direction, up, sideways etc. Then repeat until you reach the top of the wall where you should place a large finishing hold. Ideally, you would create some pattern that is challenging but not impossible. It should be harder than climbing a ladder.
