When I went to attach the plenum to the housing, found that it was also made of plastic, but lacked the bolt holes required to attach it to the fan housing. I called Oneida and spoke to my salesman who I had worked with through the entire process, asked why I received plastic parts, and told him about the plenum issue.

He explained that the plastic parts had replaced the metal ones about 3 months earlier, and then he quickly passed me to customer service to take care of my plenum problem.
