I'm deducting a star because it could be packaged better for the environment. The adapter works great and if DeWalt make changes not to waste materials I would give it 5 stars. During the installation you are told to remove the lower guard lever and the guard lever spacer by removing a screw.

Inside the package is a new screw to replace the screw you have removed from the saw. A new lever is needed because the old one would be in the way of the adapter.

You reuse the spacer but don't reuse the screw even though it's the same length. Nobody is going to strip the screw trying to remove it from Dewalt Dust Hose Adapter Quality the saw.
